Chris graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management. He was a general manager and then a district manager before him, and his wife, decided to take the plunge and open their own restaurant back in 1994. Chris told his wife, Colleen, that he would only need her to help him for the first 2 years but 23 years later she is still there at his side assisting in all the day-to-day operations.
Chris and Colleen pride themselves on running a very clean restaurant where even the health department inspectors can be seen eating their lunch.
